This refrigerator looks good and holds a lot more than one would imagine. The noises that come out of this thing is unreal. We're on our second one and it's going back. If anyone's looking for The Little Drummer Boy, he's in my refrigerator!

We had to purchase a replacement frig for one that died. Next day delivery was necessary. This model is not our first choice. I wanted white to match our other appliances but that was not available next day and cost more! I settled for stainless. I was looking for a split shelf so I could fit more shapes and sizes inside. This one does have clear, tempered glass, which lets you see what you have but I miss the split shelves wh/ gave access from side as well as front of shelf. I also find the adjustable door shelves convenient. The frig makes sounds like ice cubes falling, but we don't have an ice maker. During the hot weather of summer, there was fog rolling out when the frig door was opened but on the plus side there was not mildew growing. Also, at times the frig makes a ticking sound.

Freezer issues

I bought this about a month ago. Compared to my previous, slightly smaller capacity, side-by-side, the freezer is smaller and the fridge is larger. So there was not enough room (and no special place to put) an ice cube tray like we had in the old side-by-side. Other than this, the new unit is working out well. (I should add when we close the fridge door, the freezer door sometimes opens just enough to leak cold air. So we need to close the fridge door slowly.)

The desirable LED lighting, the spacious interior (20.4 cu. ft.), the functional door shelves, interior glass shelves, & attractive stainless steel finish make this fridge a winner. NOISY!!

Purchased a few weeks ago and we are very concerned about the noise it makes. Read the owners manual and am aware of the sounds mentioned but this is very loud. Sounds like popcorn popping or an ice maker making ice which we do not have. On a positive note very roomy and good lighting. Never,ever had a refrigerator that makes so much noise. Hope it lasts!

Great size, simple but effective

This is a no-frills type of fridge that does the job well. The only issue I have is that the doors tend to swing wide open and there is no way to stop this. So if you have a door frame or counter that might dent the door should it be swung open quickly, you're going to have an issue-- and a nasty dent.

This replaces a 23 year old Amana 21 cft model that had roughly the same features. Using a digital thermo, I found the default settings were almost spot on - just need to bring the freezer a touch colder to hit 0 F. The seals are tight and the drawers slide easily. Without an ice maker, the freezer is quite spacious. Lighting is quite good. Running noise is minimal. I have zero complaints.

I bought this a couple months ago and love it! It looks so nice and sleek in my kitchen. It leaves a small footprint, but inside has so much room! I love that you can adjust the shelves in the door and that it can hold gallons in the door. Also being able to control the levels in the drawers is a nice additional feature.

I am very unhappy with this appliance. The freezer door has to be pushed closed each time I use it. When I shut the refrigerator section, the freezer door pops open on its own. The repair man worked on it to make the hinge work better, but it isn't right. The freezer door still pops open every time I close the bottom door.

We were restricted to a top freezer due to space, so we went with this model. It works well, looks sleek and has a lot of storage space. Only complaint are the popping sounds when the unit turns on. It last for about 10 seconds. My daughter said it sounds like there's a chicken in there laying eggs.

The ice maker does not work (ice melting). Brandsmart (where I purchased it) advised me that I'm just outside of their service area. The First Class Appliance who I was referred to came by and I'm still having the same issue.
