Poor design placement of the control panel.

By now it's gone through the shredder.After 14 months it stopped working and the service tech informed me tha water had penetrated the control panel a replacement would be $200 and $150 labor plus plus delivery and disposal fees. I opted to replace it with a different brand doing a self install and transporting the new one and taking the Fridgidaire to the retailer for disposal at no cost to me.Poor design positioning the control board in line with the counter top making it prone to spills from the surface above.

2.5 years and on 5th repair

We purchase the 4 piece Gallery series about 2.5 year ago. Hubby retired and we decided to replace all the appliance that were only 10 years old. Thinking new is better. We have had repair people out 4 times under warranty claimed. Water leaks. 4 different parts were replaced. Water leaked and ruined our hardware floors - in Kitchen and eat in kitchen and great room.. We have over 1200 square feet of hardware floors that had to be removed and replaced. The plumber under warranty paid for this with his insurance.. But water leaked every time. Had them out one other time not under warranty same thing water leak. Have bad hardware floor again. Than we have it when open the door it would drop, the springs would hold it. This is 2.5 years and I have to buy a new dishwasher? This not acceptable. Should have been replaced when under warranty - but we didn't win that argument. 4 visits is crazy. We only run the dishwasher a few times a weeks since only two of us, but this is terrible. Customer service was not very helpful and not sure why we didn't get a replacement.

Our last dishwasher was a much bigger and costly Bosc that stopped working one year and one month after we bought it. So I was a bit skeptical about this unit because of the size and the great value. We purchased this dishwasher in the black stainless steel about two months ago and we couldn't be happier. It cleans dishes, silverware or pot the first time. Very Happy would purchase again

After almost a month of trying to get a repair man to come to fix an error code on the dishwasher I am done with any Frigidaire product. The error code has rendered inoperable. This dishwasher is under a year old in a cabin rental which has only been used about 23-30 times. This should not be happening on a band new dishwasher.

Poor product at best

Have had this dishwasher just over 2 years. Have had the same parts (control board and selector switch) replaced 4 times now. Last replacement was just 60 days following the 3rd. Call and get told that until I have more than 3 repairs for the same problem, but only under the extended warranty, then they maybe will consider doing something like replacing it. Finish on the handle has come off...the handle is now stainless colored instead of the black I get. But that's not covered under warranty or the extended service contract. Warranty exceptions under goodwill denied. Will be the last Frigidaire appliance that I purchase.

Works well. Good product doesn™€™t seem to accumulate food and rinses well, dries well. No complaints. Kinda weird to turn on having to press before and after closing door but works well.

Awesome dishwasher

Really like this dishwasher. Especially the fact the rotating water device is under the bottom rack. This keeps things in the top rack from getting hit by the rotation. The controls are along the top line which makes for a very ™€œclean™€ look.

I couldn™€™t believe my ears when I turned on this dishwasher. It was so very quiet that I had to listen closely to hear if it was running. Not only is it quiet, it also cleans the dishes in a timely manner making the chore of dishwashing a breeze.

Machine is quiet. Dishes come out clean. I just wish it would take so long to do a load. Seems like a lot of energy when I can wash by hand and save on electricity.

When I purchased my new home, this came as part of a Frigidaire suite of appliances included with the home. I had never had a dishwasher so quiet, I sometime go into the kitchen to make sure it is on...lol.. Cleans everything the first time and doesn't leave any film or streaks. The control panel on the top portion of the door makes it easy to operate and leave the sleek front of the door so easy to clean. Absolutely love this unit.

I've had these for about 2 weeks now. I like the look and the features. The cons are it smells really bad with dirty dishes in it and you have to use the scour cycle to get silverware really clean.

It is super quiet, which I love, but it sure doesn't clean very well. I was instructed to run my faucet until it is hot before turning on the dishwasher and using two detergent tabs (not powder) to get it to actually do its job. It still leaves soap residue on my glasses and any food residue not washed off dishes before being placed in the dishwasher. My 20 year old dishwasher did a better job than this brand new one. I am quite disappointed.

I bought this dishwasher a month ago after researching dishwashers. It is fantastic. Never a dirty dish, silverware or pan. Everything is dry at the end of the cycle. Love all the choices for washing and drying. Finish is the best ever ...never a smear or smudge! I also have the black stainless gallery microwave. Also fantastic.

I love this dishwasher! I love that the utensil holder is off to the side so that more dishes can be stacked on the bottom, it is very quiet, and I love that it even lets you know if the cycle was cleaned, because I often forget if I set the wash cycle or if they™€™re still dirty!

Dishwasher does not dry well. Live alone and dishwasher never packed. Plates and silverware never dry and plastic glasses look like they have not been washed. Inside cavity dripping wet even after sitting overnight without opening door

I have had this dishwasher for about a month now. My old one cleaned better. I pull dishes out after a wash cycle and they are still dirty. Also don't feel like it holds nearly the amount if dishes my old one did.

We bought the entire set. The door on this dishwasher has always been so flimsy. wobbled side to side. Since the it has bent down. It is just my wife and I and we have no kids at home nor do we have any grandkids. We are not hard on anything We also have issues with the other appliances. I am not impressed at all. We bought this dishwasher to replace a white one almost identical but the old white one was a much better dishwasher.

I had to replace my 1980 kitchenaid DW, I was a bit sad to let it go; nostalgia. Apparently DW™€™s have come a long way in the past 40 years. The Frigidaire is so quiet, roommates don™€™t even mind doing dishes with this new machine. When my other appliances need replaced I™€™ll absolutely go Frigidaire. The black stainless looks so sleek.
