Broke after 11 months

Bought 11 months ago, developed a Freon leak. Cannot find a local repairman. It has been 29 days! I have been able to talk to someone at Frigidaire only once, all other communication has been live chat. I would like for everyone at Frigidaire to unplug their refrigerator until mine is repaired.

Bought this unit and it failed after 13 months. I will say, Frigidaire did agree to cover parts and labor, which I am impressed with. BUT after 8 service visits over nearly 1 year of repairs (only about 1.5 months of actual functioning refrigeration time). The entire unit was essentially replaced but to no avail. I was offered a 60% rebate for a new unit which, again, they did not have to do. I do appreciate Frigidaire™™s amenability on this, but it seems as though they don™™t make them like they used to.

Bought this in January, by May it was already needing repair. And not just any repair - a complete replacement of the entire compressor and refrigeration system. The whole sealed system failed. At five months old. Crazy.

I've owned this refrigerator for 3 years now and it's worked great with no issues. It's my 2nd refrigerator that I keep in the garage for extra and larger items not need in the kitchen refrigerator. It cools good and has been very reliable.

Bought 2 of these fridges in Sept 2017. One kicked the bucket in March 2019. A small leak with no replacement parts meant the whole thing was trash. Was out of the one year warranty. Best Frigidaire would offer was 60% rebate on the purchase of the same item. But they were out of them. So I had to spend a few days digging on the internet to find one. Now the other one has failed (April 2020). I initially bought Frigidaire because I felt they had a reputation as a solid manufacturer and that these Fridges would last me. I guess I was wrong. If I wanted cheap trash that was going to only last a year or two I would have bought that, instead payed the extra money for perceived quality. Wah Waaah.

When building our new home, we knew we wanted a dedicated refrigerator for the garage. We selected the FFRU17B2QW because of size, price, and that there was a standalone freezer that matched it. This refrigerator is perfect and has plenty of interior space for our needs. We purchased it prior to the COVID-19 outbreak and it's been a real blessing to have so much extra refrigerated space at hand so we don't have to venture out in public. Food stays really fresh. The door seal is super strong. Really happy with my purchase.

I bought this fridge as a freezer and it took 3 weeks to figure it out. We couldn't figure out why it wouldn't freeze below 25 degrees. Because it's a REFRIGERATOR!! So yesterday we finally got switched out to a freezer. Which works great.

We replaced our refrigerator/freezer combo in the garage with this Frigidaire refrigerator. We are so pleased with it! With all the room inside it's easy to organize and keep the fridge very neat. If there is any "con" to this I would have to say it can be difficult to open the door. I think that is because it has a really good seal and may loosen up a bit with more use. That issue isn't a deal breaker. We are very pleased with this product.

We buy a lot in bulk and our fridge in the house is not big enough. We already had a stand alone freezer, so it seemed reasonable to purchase just a stand along fridge. Lots of space and the room we needed. Price was reasonable (and we did a lot of comparison shopping) and we like the reviews.

We bought this after a really old one we had finally died. This new one is very nice. The only problem is the door has huge suction which makes it difficult to open without it tipping forward.

This was a replacement for a 25 year old side by side we had in the garage for drinks and overflow when entertaining. The seal is so good that when I open the door, I move the whole refrigerator and the water bottles on the door fall over. The wire shelves can be difficult for some items. I plan on maybe laying a piece of plexiglass on one of the shelves for items that don't work well with wire shelves such as 2 liter soda bottles. Overall the refrigerator suits our needs and worked with our budget.

I purchased this freezerless fridge 4 weeks ago and it runs pretty good. However the door it's super hard to open. It literally takes 2 hands to be able to open the door and usually the whole fridge moves when trying to open the door. It is pretty annoying, I know that it needs to have a good seal, but this is too much. I contacted the manufacture and I was told that eventually it'll loosen up and there wasn't anything else they can do. Well, 4 weeks into it already and still pretty hard to open. I hope that it'll loosen up some eventually. Other than that it seems too be a good fridge, if you can get the door open.

I bought this to match my single door stand up freezer from Frigidaire I bought A Few years ago and have had no issues with. This Freezer less Refrigerator works perfect and has tons of room inside much more then a normal fridge/freezer combo. (Only down side is wire racks which can be solve with buying shelf covers to go on top and isnt a big deal) I originally choose Frigidaire cause of doing some HVAC work in a research facility and saw they had nothing but Frigidaire freezers to hold millions of dollars worth of research inside of them and figure if they trust them to keep temps then I have no reason not to as well. All my appliances are Frigidaire and will continue to be for the foreseeable future!

We purchased this refrigerator as a second unit to be placed in the garage. Since the wintertime temps are below freezing, it had to be freezerless. It has lots of room and is perfect for when my wife is preparing big dishes for gatherings and for the leftovers, too.

I had this 30 days later it went out on me. They do not stand behind their product, nor do they care about the customer after you buy it. I purchased though HomeDepot and I™™m told even though they know the product is damaged that I have to pay $100 restock fee. I™™m sickly and need to eat healthy but I cannot if I have no place to store my food. No concern to them

I love that this fridge is just that- only a fridge. I already have a deep freeze and needed a large fridge for parties and beverage storage. It has a very thick seal so outdoor garage use is perfect. Wouldn™™t be happier.

We bought one of these refrigerators brand new in April 2016 at Home Depot for $730. Recently the fridge no longer kept cold. We had our local Frigidaire service company come look at it. Repairs are estimated at between $600-$700. So, we threw away almost all of the money we spent on this - unless you want to count the (scant) 3 1/2 years of service it gave us. This one is heading for the junk pile.
