Searched high and low for an air conditioner that would fit our narrow windows. This fit perfectly! Easily cool a hallway and 2 large bedrooms. Very happy with purchase.

This ac works well enough to cool off most of our downstairs when running with another ac in a different room. We have a very sectioned downstairs with 4 separate areas and the two of them together keep the downstairs quite cool. If we just use this ac, which is in our dining room, it keeps the dining room quite cool. It's not extremely loud either. The one thing I'm not satisfied with is the design of the side flaps. I had to get creative with cotton balls and some sharpened pencils to keep it from having gaps that would easily let bugs and warm air in. The flaps are just flimsy and won't stay open all the way without tugging themselves back into folded position. Overall I'm quite satisfied though.

We bought this in May when our other A/C died on us in less than one year. It is now August and so far this has worked better than any A/C we have had. Handles the area better than any of the others. It is quiet, seems to be efficient and we are very happy with this product. We would highly recommend this unit.

I bought this unit about a month ago and am so glad I did. Had a Frigidaire unit for years, and it worked very well, but did not have a temp control feature. We do not have central air, so use floor fans to move cooled air to other parts of house. Use often for air (fan feature only) to provide outside air to room.

Hello I would just like to say that i have the refrigerator 12,000 BTU unit and Im having the same problems as some of the previous buyers. Ive read about the contor panel. I dont know what it is but you guys need to really work on that. My 1st unit last 3 years and i did not have it covered. I just recently purchased a second unit. This one is covered thank God 2 and 1/2 months after purchase I have the same problem again. Control panel issue. Call the company They very courteous and with no problem at all fhey"re sending out a new one. As long as Im ensured Im not worried but it is a little INCONVENIENT.

I bought this, I think, in April. It has been working to keep my house cool. The problem is that it no longer responds to the remote and even the commands made thru the control panel on the unit itself sometimes work and sometimes don't. I finally got it set to work and have just left it so I can make it thru the hottest part of the summer. Since it is under warranty, I need to call for repair and will soon.

Worst AC ever, can't even keep a 16x16 room somewhat cool. The cheap Haier from Walmart with less BTU's cooled better for about half the price. Will avoid this brand like the plague.

I bought this AC unit about 9 months ago. The control panel don't work at all, it is completely black. It is currently on at 66 degrees I think and cannot change the temperature neither up or down. Cannot unplug it because I don't know if I would be able to get it to turned on.. It is still under warranty. I have called Frigidaire several times , and holding up to 45 min. and they keep sending me in circles, Not happy with the unit or Frigidaire at all. If I could get a response to this review it would be nice.

Just installes this air conditioner..it seems to work great then just stops blowing air. I have had this less than a week and it has done it numerous times. Getting ready to send this back and replace it with so ething else.

I bought this in July and loved loved loved it. Then it got hit by lightning. Not the company's fault. I bought this exact one over but they upgraded the model or something and it looks different and doesnt work as nice at all. takes hours to cool down a small room. No thank you.

Buyer Beware - Poor Quality. I ordered this AC online and picked it up from Walmart in July 2017. It stopped working today, August 25, 2018. For a AC unit costing over $300.00 it should last longer than 13 months.

This air conditioner has features I dislike. Instead of staying on at a steady cool cycle as my other a/c units have done, it cycles on and off, and that is audible. The fan still blows if you set it that way, but it doesn't always cool, creating a dank smell and a noise as the compressor goes on and off. In addition, it begins on an econ setting, which turns it all the way on and off to conserve energy. Thus if you don't want this setting, you must always turn it on at the unit rather than with the remote. It does have a decently powerful blast of air with the fan, but despite the twirling controls at top to direct that air, it seems to blow toward the bed, which I do not like. I bought it because the dimensions matched my old unit, so it installed in my window with no problem, but compared to my older unit, it's not as good for my needs and preferences.

My second purchase of this unit. First one lasted 8 yrs. before developing a freon leak somewhere in the far back corner of the coil. Otherwise I am sure it would have run may more years. The opening I have required the compact cabinet size and yet needed capability to cool a 600sq.ft. area. Our Dallas summers tend to be in the upper 90™™s into low 100™™s from May to mid October. The first unit did a very good job as does the new one. I just set the temp to 77 and forget it. This space is a garage/hobby workshop and the A/C recovers nicely even when I drive in a hot vehicle. I did lots of shopping and this unit was the only one I found that met the size and power requirements. Great little unit!

I have had two of these units over the past several years to air condition my home. One recently gave out due to age. I gladly replaced it with another and when I did I was very surprised for the added Efficiency because of it being a newer model and mine was old. I would get nothing but the Frigidaire units because I have been that satisfied with them over the years
