I had a gas stove for most of my life but when we moved the new house doesn't have gas available. The stove in the new house had a ceramic cook top, I hate it! I thought maybe I'd forgotten how to cook everything took forever or burned and the burners cycled red hot, off, red hot, off yuk!Then my husband surprised me and bought me a new Frigidare stove, I love it. The heat on the burners is consistent and true and the oven bakes evenly. It's got plenty of bells and whistles but the fact that it so easy to use and accurate is great.

Oven great. Burner drip pans need to improve. They seem to scratch.I do not use cast iron pans either.

We purchased 3 of three stoves for our tenants. They were great but now about 2 years later all of the displays for the clock have went dead. And with no display cannot use the oven. Is this common?
